Account Manager

Your Tasks

• Builds, develops, and maintains strong customer relationships to support long-term business growth, customer satisfaction, and retention.

• Serves as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring timely resolution of customer questions, concerns, and service needs.
• Develops a thorough understanding of customer businesses, objectives, and operational requirements to identify opportunities for added value and growth.
• Conducts regular customer outreach and account reviews to strengthen relationships, assess satisfaction, and align solutions with evolving business needs.
• Identifies opportunities to expand existing business through additional products, services, and solutions that support customer objectives.
• Collaborates with internal teams to coordinate customer onboarding, training, implementation activities, and ongoing account support.
• Addresses technical and business-related issues by working with customers and internal stakeholders to develop effective solutions.
• Prepares and delivers account updates, business reviews, sales activity reports, and other customer-related communications.
• Develops annual account plans and sales forecasts to support customer growth and achieve revenue objectives.
• Maintains accurate customer records, account activity, forecasts, and opportunity information within the company CRM system.

Your Profile

• Bachelor of Business Administration and/or Engineering Degree from four-year college or university.
• Three years of technical sales experience within the US automotive industry.
• Project management experience. Experience with market analysis and marketing.
