- Implementation of SAP Solutions: Coordinate the implementation of SAP solutions or systems integrated with this ERP, leading projects and acting as the interface between business users and functional, ABAP, and Basis specialists within the central IT area.
- Technical Support: Resolve incidents and operational issues in SAP systems using support from the central IT team.
- Implementation of Local Systems: Coordinate the implementation of locally developed or market-acquired solutions, leading projects under decentralized solution governance and ensuring proper documentation and version control.
- Maintenance and Updates: Perform periodic maintenance and regular updates of installed local applications.
- Collaboration: Work with business analysts, developers, and end users to understand requirements and ensure that solutions are aligned with business needs.
- Testing and Quality: Coordinate unit and integration testing to ensure the quality of solutions developed for both SAP and internal systems.
- Documentation: Maintain updated technical documentation, including specifications and operational/support manuals.
- Training: Provide internal training for technical teams and end users.
- System Integration: Collaborate on integrating SAP systems with other platforms.
Your Profile
- Deep SAP Knowledge: Solid experience in ABAP development and strong knowledge of SAP systems.
- Business Process Understanding: Knowledge and hands-on experience in specifying and developing business processes together with key users from business areas.
- Problem-Solving: Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving skills.
- Teamwork: Ability to work efficiently in a team and adapt to dynamic environments.
- Project Management: Autonomy in planning, controlling, and executing projects.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering.
- Language: Fluency in English.
