Your Tasks

Single point of contact for the acoustic evaluation. Identify the opportunities on production line to optimise the wase. Evaluate the requirments of mahcine and transfer into specification of requirments.
This Plant acoustic engineer becomes the first point of contact in case of: Acoustic problems on EOL; setting up of EOL acoustic parameters; basic acoustic evaluations; support of QU claim reports, etc; Preparation of all necessary documents and instuctions for manufacturing equipments like PFD,PFMEA,WI,Check sheets.
Support to customer team industrial Engineering for Industrial Engineering tasks incuding the planning and procurement of manufacturing equipment on time.
Active involvement in assembly line trails,procss validation activities for new projects.
Responsible for process capabilty studies,POKA YOKE on assembly lines.
Responsible for the customer/IATF and internal audits for IE function.
Responsible for daily assembly line and equipment process problem solvings as CFT member.
