IT Administrator Shopfloor/Production Systems (m/f/d)

- Administration of shopfloor/production systems.
- Responsible for a performant and stable shopfloor application environment for the assigned applications.
- Execution of system updates and upgrades including the creation of standard documentation.
- Incident and problem handling within the shopfloor application landscape.
- Collaboration with other IT teams and departments to optimize production processes.
- Professional stakeholder management based on a high level of customer understanding and communication skills with focus on quality delivery.
- Development of technical concepts and implementation support of internal IT projects.
Your Profile
- BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience
- Several years of professional experience in IT administration.
- Knowledge of database (e.g. SQL) and network technologies (e.g. OSI-Layer, Security).
- Knowledge of domain functionalities (e.g. AD, DNS, DHCP).
- Experience with administration of operating systems (e.g. Windows or Linux) and virtualization technologies.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Team player and service delivery mentality with strong communication skills.
- Good English language skills in written and spoken form.
- Willingness and flexibility to learn new technologies scale up quickly and adapt to different roles as the situation demands.
- Experience with MES is advantageous but not mandatory.
