- Technical lead for Python-based engineering and digitalization applications within the global development organization.
- Development and maintenance of digital solutions for engineering processes, automation, data processing and AI-supported applications.
- Support and coaching of the development team through technical guidance, code reviews and knowledge transfer.
- Analysis of business requirements and creation of technical concepts and software architectures.
- Independent development of complex backend services, APIs and application components using Python.
- Responsibility for software quality, development standards and technical documentation.
- Support of Kubernetes-based deployments, CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes.
- Coordination of technical activities with stakeholders and development teams.
Your Profile
- Completed studies in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Engineering Informatics or similar.
- Several years of experience in software development with Python.
- Experience in designing and implementing complex engineering, enterprise or web-based applications.
- Good knowledge of software architecture, databases, REST APIs and modern development practices.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Git and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to understand engineering processes, derive technical concepts and implement solutions independently.
- Strong communication skills and experience in technical leadership.
- Good English language skills
