- Independent execution of system and process audits according to the audit plan and in relation to specific events, taking into account the current quality situation to be audited. Verification of proper implementation of customer-specific requirements (CSR) in the production process in cooperation with production teams, customer teams, and/or central functions.
- Monitoring and updating customer portals from the perspective of CSR and customer evaluations (logistics, quality, etc.), in cooperation with production teams and/or central functions.
- Evaluation of audit results and documentation in an audit report.
- Coordination of improvement actions in cooperation with the responsible departments (e.g., production team, customer team, central quality).
- Independent responsibility for documentation and monitoring of improvement actions in the action plan, including independently initiating the escalation process in case of critical deviations.
- Transfer of audit findings to similar or related processes (e.g., through experience sharing).
- Presentation of audit results and actions for the assigned product range during external certification audits.
- Implementation, maintenance, further development, and effectiveness monitoring of the quality management system in coordination with the quality department manager, including e-signing and archiving of necessary documents in accordance with internal regulations.
- Planning, execution, and coordination of internal/external system audits (quality) and subsequent actions.
- Further development of processes, maintenance, and assurance of process system documentation in close cooperation with plant functions, including creation, maintenance, and revision of all process and work instructions at the Prievidza plant and their publication in controlled documentation and/or BMS.
- Responsibility for executing and monitoring cost and investment planning, as well as for comparing targets and actuals.
- Coordination of the management and implementation of lessons learned.
- Maintaining cleanliness and order in the workplace (6S), as well as compliance with BBR, occupational safety and health (OSH), fire protection, quality systems, EMS, environmental protection, and efficient energy use.
- Other tasks related to the job position as instructed by the supervisor.
Your Profile
- University degree in a technical field
- 3–5 years of experience
- Knowledge of IATF 16949, AIAG, VDA 6.3, VDA 6.5 standards, customer-specific requirements, drawings, key characteristics, quality tools, and analytical thinking
- Confident demeanor and ability to enforce effective measures
- Quality-oriented mindset, BBR knowledge at level 4 (trainer level)
- English – advanced level
