Teasting and Measurement Team Leader

- Lead and coordinate Laboratory and Metrology team activities, ensuring efficient daily operations
- Implement and improve testing and measurement methods in line with industry standards and business needs
- Monitor performance through KPIs and quality targets, driving continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, including updates, audits, and related corrective actions
- Plan and manage laboratory resources, including budget, investments, and headcount
- Maintain and improve laboratory documentation and support the Quality Management System
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Technical Sciences (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience, in laboratory environment
- Leadership or team coordination experience
- Knowledge of laboratory standards (ISO/IEC 17025)
- Experience in material testing and testing methods
- Strong understanding of laboratory processes and measurement techniques
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- English language proficiency (business fluency)
