Team spirit at the Brose Night Run Prievidza

At the sixth Brose Night Run, the streets of Prievidza were once again transformed into a lively celebration of sport, team spirit and community. Top athletes, recreational runners and families with children all took part in the various races, creating a lively and exuberant atmosphere in the town.
This year, the race attracted a record number of 1,049 participants and also hosted the Slovakian Championships, which once again raised the level of the competition.
A special highlight for the audience was the new relay race between the Brose plants, which made the evening even more entertaining. Another new feature this year was the relay competition between the local secondary schools. The SOŠ Polytechnická Prievidza, which has been our partner in the field of dual education for several years, set an exclamation mark for the next generation of sports-loving technical talents and clearly won the competition.
For the Brose runners, however, the highlight of the event was undoubtedly the renewed meeting of the Brose running teams from Slovakia, Serbia and the Czech Republic, who had already competed against each other in the past at races in Pancevo and Ostrava.
Even though the focus of this collegial competition is on the enjoyment of sport and team spirit across national borders, the Brose runners take the sporting competition seriously. This year, the team from Slovakia won the internal competition between the Brose locations in Eastern Europe and can keep the challenge cup at least until next year.
