Co-ordinator Social & Health Care (Part-Time)

Your tasks

  • Supporting special projects within Social & Health Care department
  • Maintaining individual support consultations (in particular cases also team, couple or family consultations)
  • Supporting and advising employees in terms of childcare (e.g. nursery) and elderly care
  • Implementing and maintaining support network with external consultation services
  • Coordinating the “Health Care Committee” in Coventry

Your Profile

  • Degree or HNC incl. apprenticeship in health and social care
  • Min. 3 years work experience in a similar role
  • Experience with individual and group consultation
  • Experience with health care management
  • Excellent communication skills and high level of emotional intelligence
  • Counselling qualification
  • Driving licence
