Head of HR Service Center EU (m/f)

Your tasks

  • implementation of the HR Services organization and ensuring the process relocations and coordination of the necessary measures on site
  • managing the integration of HR processes in the HR Services area and ensuring effective and efficient processes, especially during go-live
  • responsible for the day-to-day delivery of functional HR services in the context of quality, budget and time, customer satisfaction and performance (administrative and skill-based tasks)
  • responsible for the delivery of services based on set standards/ SLA's and KPI's. Ensuring the agreed SLAs and defined KPIs. If not achieved, deriving measures and initiating follow-up activities
  • ensuring efficient and competitive processes within the assigned region. Process optimization and support for projects to standardize and digitize processes
  • ensuring that documents (work instructions, presentations, etc.) are up to date
  • disciplinary management of employees and coordination of areas of responsibility and technical objectives in close coordination with the Global Process Owners (globally responsible HR departments), especially for skill-based tasks, e.g. personnel development
  • developing employees through targeted knowledge building and training. Ensuring a high level of service orientation and promoting a corresponding service culture among employees

Your Profile

  • several years of experience in field of HR
  • leadership skills and experience
  • high degree of service orientation
  • very good project management skills
  • very good understanding of processes and experience in process optimization
  • strong analytical skills as well as entrepreneurial thinking and acting
  • goal- and solution-oriented and self-organized way of working
