Logístics Coodinator - New Projects

Your tasks

  • Manage supply chain activities to support new programs:

Define, validate and qualify Supply Chain master data & Information System;
Define, validate and qualify Transportation at the best cost for prototypes and samples.
Follow & reach Project milestones
Use Supply Chain checklist template to manage day to day activity and monthly review progress with Project Manager;

  • Implement and promote the supply chain standards, train & coach both internal and external project contributors:

Train suppliers on standards and specifications and promote their usage;
Support supply chain activities to implement and promote the standards (Suppliers Logistics Guidelines, Packaging & Labeling standards, EDI/Web EDI…)

Initiate, update and lead the Logistics FMEA for new projects (action plan definition and reviews);

  • Avoid any obsolescence due to new product introduction and product phase out:

Make sure to only order material according to new products introduction needs;
Validate close orders quantity and supply process;
Manage obsolete inventories (RAW, WIP, FING) with Project Manager (physically and in ERP);
Keep inventory accurate and under control and highlight for any deviation or obsolescence risks.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Logistics, Supply Chain Management
  • APICS training/certification recommended
  • 3 to 5 years of progressive experience within an automotive environment
  • Extensive experience with the use of SAP across all modules
