Production Supervisor

Your tasks

Support the recruiting department with participation in interviews for positions that require it.
Monitor and control production key performance indicators (cost, process, quality, delivery, 5s, scrap, production schedule tracking, employee attendance and satisfaction of employees)
Respond and find solutions to production problems, establish contact with others internal departments, guarantee non-interruption of customer deliveries.
Support and leadership in the area of continuous improvement for the production team.
Build effective teams, develop motivation and commitment and maintain morale.
Support the policies, procedures, standardized work, rules and regulations of the company as well as follow up on corrective actions following the process and the processes for documentation and reporting.
