Your tasks

  • Ensure product development according to Brose PDP and customer’s requirements, respective time schedule, quality, and cost demands.
  • Overall responsibility for the entire project.
  • Directs, coordinates, and exercises functional authority for planning, organization, control, integration, and completion of project within area of assigned responsibility by performing the
  • following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.

  • Ensure communication, coordination and activities with customers, customer team members and central functions as a project leader.
  • Technical responsibility for the entire project.
  • Ensure communication, coordination and activities with customers, customer team members and central functions as a technical project leader.
  • Major contact to the customer concerning engineering issues.
  • Prepare and present technical concepts, internally and externally.
  • Ensure communication, coordination and activities with project team members, plant, and central functions as a project leader.
  • Major contact to the customer concerning all the project related topics.
  • Prepare and present project status reports, internally and externally.
  • Control and coordinate modifications requests, to customers and suppliers.
  • Prepare and implement all possible measures to improve project ROI and ROS.
  • Knowledge of supply base in India.

Your Profile

  • BE / B Tech – Mechanical engineering or equivalent MBA/PMP certificate – can be added advantage.
  • 6-12 years of experience.
  • Well versed with basics of mechanical engineering.
  • Knowledge in electronics / mechatronics can be added advantage.
  • Microsoft office tools including MS-Project.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent project management skills.
